Because success is more than grades – it’s confidence, character and communication.
British-led in-person education for young people who learn to speak clearly, think confidently and carry themselves with maturity – in school, in interviews and in life.
Only eight students per class.
Only 60 places per cohort.
For students aged 14–18.
Calm self-assurance under pressure.
Integrity, emotional maturity and discipline.
The social intelligence to build friendships, influence peers and communicate with maturity.
A British-led academy shaping confident, articulate and high-character young people.
The Crown & Quill Academy exists to develop the human skills education rarely has time to teach – but life relentlessly demands.
Parents trust us to help young people grow into confident, articulate and emotionally intelligent young adults – the kind who walk into a room and stand out for all the right reasons.
Our work complements academic education by developing the skills colleges and employers consistently say are most lacking: confidence character and communication.
A structured, in-person experience delivered in intimate groups of just eight students, built around the three pillars that define future-ready young people.
Voice control, calm speaking, first impressions and presence.
Focus habits, teamwork, emotional intelligence and persuasive communication.
Handling pressure, interviews, composure and personal polish.
Meet Craig Scales
British Teacher & Founder of The Crown & Quill Academy
Craig founded The Crown & Quill Academy after recognising a simple truth:
Grades open doors – but confidence character and communication determine who walks through them.
After six years teaching GCSE and A-Level students across the UK, and leading education partnerships with organisations including IBM, KPMG, BT and the National Cyber Force, Craig saw firsthand what young people were missing – not academically, but personally.
These partnerships reflect the calibre, standards and professionalism behind the academy – the same level of excellence we bring to every student we teach.
This is an invitation to stay close as the academy takes shape. There is no obligation at this stage. Families on the waiting list may be invited to early conversations and considered first when enrollment opens.
